Ningbo Global Sourcing helps middle market companies and their owners achieve the benefits of sourcing products and components from low cost regions of the world while achieving demanding quality standards. Ningbo does this for companies who do not have or do not desire to expend the resources to establish their own Asian sourcing and quality teams.

Ningbo Global Sourcing has its headquarters and Ningbo, China, plus sourcing and service offices in Ningbo, Penang, Malaysia and Fort Wayne, IN (USA). We have suppliers which we have qualified in China, Korea and Malaysia and have access to other suppliers in other parts of Southeast Asia.

Ningbo Global Sourcing is a fully licensed and qualified trading company, which is USA owned, with a multinational staff. We qualify and accept your orders, source the products, purchase, ship them to you and invoice to you, in your specified currency. We are the only contact point in Asia you will need.

Gary Riley Sr.

GARY RILEY SR - Chairman

Gary Riley is a decisive, shrewd global executive and strategy architect. He has over 20 years of experience as a C-Level executive across many middle-market organizations. Gary has a proven track record of creating and growing shareholder value and leading global companies through financial crisis to profitability by managing strategic realignment and team building within the automotive, computer hardware, and consumer and business electronics sectors worldwide. During his career he has successfully relocated five manufacturing plants to Asia, launched seven new production plants in China and Malaysia, and formed three JVs (China and Germany).

Robert Riley

ROBERT RILEY - Director

Robert Riley is an experienced consultant with a focus in turnaround management, restructuring and performance improvement. He has led and contributed to projects with directives including operational turnarounds and interim management, strategic assessments, buy- and sell-side M&A, financial restructuring, non-performing loan assessments and internal control improvement.

Angie Loh

ANGIE LOH - General Manager

Angie Loh is a heavily experienced General Manager in China with over 20 years of experience. She has lived in Ningbo China for over 12 years. She has managed Asian supply chain functions within a variety of middle market organizations during her time in China and has developed many contacts with suppliers in the region. She has experience working in Human Resources, Quality Control and Customer Services

Leslie Lim

LESLIE LIM - Senior Project Manager

Leslie Lim has extensive engineering experience in Asia with close to 20 years of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Management roles. He has worked with various middle market & MNC organizations throughout his career, with experience working on VCMA for HDD, stamping and machining components, plastic & rubber injection moulding. He has managed vendor relationships, assisted engineering teams with customers' needs and requirements from his vendors as well as lead quality control & assurance audits to ensure compliance. He has also been stationed in China to help with the establishment of quality control & assurance systems (IQA, IPQC, OQA), design for manufacturability & production control, logistics & shipment schedule planning.

Grace Wang

GRACE WANG - Senior Quality Manager

Grace Wang has over 15 years of experience working the quality assurance in Foreign companies located in China, familiar with Western and Eastern customers requirements, as well as familiar China supplier working environments, Strong points and Weakness points. She has set up quality system ISO/TS16949 and create Procedures and Work instructions, Install and adjust testing equipment, familiar with 5 tools (MSA, FMEA,PPAP,APQP,SPC), Take charge of Internal and External system audit, She take charge of supplier management activities, including current suppliers process audit, Coordinate audit conducted by customers, QBR and ranking current suppliers; New suppliers selection, Assessment and Full audit before get into AVL. She also handling customer complaints and work with supplier complete 8D report. Trained and helped suppliers to develop and continuous improvement to meet customer satisfactions. Help reduced compensation in both the customer as well as the supplier side, also reduced customer complaints by continuous quality control.
